All our staff undergo strict recruitment process, with candidates attending at least two rounds of formal interview with the senior management.
We have compulsory training courses in Moving & Handling, First Aid, Medication Administration and Safeguarding & Protection to ensure the best quality of care we can provide.
We also provide ongoing training and courses in various subjects including, but not limited to, Dementia Awareness, Autism Awareness, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health, Equality & Diversity, Incontinence Awareness, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Mental Capacity, Infection Prevention, Fire Safety and End of Life Care.
